Τhe Hellenic Corporate Governance Council in collaboration with Nestor Advisors organises the seventh cycle of the seminars with title: "Best Practices in Corporate Governance : Boards, executives, investors, stakeholders". The first three topics of the seventh training cycle will be delivered in Greek and will take place on April 3-5, and the fourth topic will be delivered in English on 6th of April.

The course is organised along a basic two half-day curriculum and two half-day, elective “deep dives” in specific areas of governance. The basic course focuses on all key elements of corporate governance: the role of the board in setting the purpose of the company and developing a sustainability culture, board governance responsibilities and effectiveness, board composition and the role of committees. Participants will be reviewing the Greek and EU legal and regulatory framework, investor expectations and corporate best practice. The half-day “deep dives” in April will explore in more detail various important topics and perspectives.

All workshops are designed to be highly interactive, with a practical orientation.
